Under the Christmas tree there was a special present for me, a CD of Susan Boyle, the British singer who hailed from the TV show “British ideal” only to amaze the audience with a talent they never expected, prejudging her by appearance alone. This CD is truly wonderful and a tremendous success story. Susan sings spiritual songs with such taste only to bring honor to God and not herself. The songs on the CD are a great selection of old and new and this talent can only be described as a God given gift. At 48 years of age she has risen above all obstacles to reach international fame, however she so humbly includes God in this success and for the millions who have heard this CD they have experienced one of God’s own miracles. At this point in my life I am not so impressed by much in the entertainment world but this is a truly amazing story, talent and person.
